In Memoriam

Head coach John Cunniff (River Rats ’96-’01) died at age 57 following a battle with esophageal cancer on May 10th, 2002.

Team owner Walter Robb (River Rats ’98-’10) passed away on March 23, 2020 after contracting the COVID-19 virus. The former General Electric executive was 91 years old. Times-Union obituary.
