Trivia

Huntsville native son Condredge Holloway served as general manager of the Channel Cats for the team’s first several seasons. Holloway was a two-sport star in baseball and football who became the first black starting quarterback and the first black baseball player at the University of Tennessee. He later went on to a Hall-of-Fame career in the Canadian Football League from 1975 to 1987.
